I never thought that I would consider blogging as another option besides performing my non–productive daily activities. My father always told me to do a daily journal, but i had always been to busy minding my teenager life back then. If you watch that 70's show, my teenage life would be like Eric Forman (so busy, huh...). I have been away from home for so long and this particular experience has taught me a lot about life. However, I am not even close to mature at all. I still make many foolish mistakes like Peter Griffin from now and then. After all, life is about trial and error, isn't it?. This funny guy, Mark Twain has a wisdom quote on what we can do with your life:

“Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the one you did so. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

It does not mean that we are allowed to be reckless in making decision. The important point is we do not need to be too hard on ourselves when the damage has occurred. Just like an old saying “It is no use crying over spilt milk”. Based on my experience, blaming ourselves may be a good start for self–improvement but overdoing it will only make us succumb into depression. Most of the time, i laughed at my problem and making fun of myself as the way to release my stress. Sometimes, people think that i am crazy, but i take that as a compliment (really??...). The ultimate goal is learning from the mistakes that we made in order to be a better or probably funnier person. Søren Kierkegaard once said “Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forwards.” This actually true because i used to be very curious about many things. As I grew older, those questions are finally answered in stage. For example, I now understand 'why did the chicken cross the road?'

Description about myself and my thought:

  • Average looking girl with regular level of smartness.
  • Science fiction freak as well as fantasy genre bookworm, but hate studying.
  • “The big bang theory” may be the best example of how I picture my life.
  • When no one is looking, I do crazy dance to old rock and roll. Watch Niles the butler on “The nanny season 3 episode 16 (canasta masta)” for a preview. Someday, I would like to do dance dare challenge and send the tape to Ellen Degeneres (if you know what i mean....).
  • I agree with Angelina jolie that something raw and honest is more attractive in so many different levels. Amanda De Cadenet has proved this on her show which I follow every week. I also like how Brooke Magnanti finally revealed that she is the author of “The intimate adventures of a London call girl.”
  • I wish I read Judy Blume books or talked to the experts while I went through with my puberty period.
  • Kings of Convenience has been pleasuring my ear, mind and soul since forever especially their song called 'Failure'.
  • I think I have evil sense of humor because I have never been offended by Seth Macfarlane Jokes up until now.
  • What I like about life is its mysteriousness just like Forrest Gump said **“Life is like a box of chocolate. You never know what you’re gonna get.” **
  • I also believe that complicated problems frequently have simple solutions (Quote from Dr. Seuss). We are the one who always think that our problems are complicated with no foreseeable solutions. Thought is the most dangerous frenemy that men have to face because it can play a trick on us.

As a conclusion, if you need help to solve complicated math, i am definitely not your guy

Reading is a process of acquiring knowledge through writings, while writing is a process of combining knowledge to create readings.
